Annandale School District buildings are available for public use, subject to guidelines and procedures outlined in the Facility Use Procedures and Policies Brochure. If you would like information about using any of the three school buildings in our district, call Community Education at 274-3058, to find out available dates, times and rates.

How to Arrange Use of School Facilities

  • Contact the Community Education Office to get an application and copy of the Facility Use Procedures and Policies. See phone number and/or address above.
  • Complete and return the application.
  • The Reservation Coordinator will confirm the request (assuming there are no conflicts), enter it into the computer and send copy to community group and copy to appropriate facility.
  • The community group returns a signed copy of the Permit.

Annandale School District facilities are available for use after-school, evenings, weekends, and during vacation.

The district facilities are heavily used by community groups and organizations. An early contact for a use request is your best plan for success.
