Facilities Use Philosophy
Annandale Independent School District No. 876 operates under the principle that the public schools are owned and operated by and for school district residents and especially school aged children. The schools are an integral part of our community. The School Board welcomes and encourages public use of school facilities.
This information is vital to your successful use of school facilities. Please familiarize yourself and your group with the contents of this policy. If you are not the person who will be with the group in the buildings, make sure the appropriate person receives the policy information and is aware of its contents. It is essential that this information be shared with the users of the facility. If at any time you have questions relating to your group's use of the schools, please call Annandale Community Education at (320) 274-3058.
The use of all school facilities will be arranged through the Community Education Office located in the Community Education Center at 50 Chestnut Street East in Annandale. Facility Reservation Forms for non-school activities and organizations must be submitted and approved at least three working days prior to the requested date of use. A deposit or payment may be required prior to the use of district facilities. Requests will be processed on a first-come first-served basis.
