"Going Green" Efforts Impact Manual Production

 The Minnesota Department of Public Safety is going green with its driver's manuals. This cost-saving measure will save printing, paper and storage costs while allowing users to download whatever manual information they desire via the Internet.

While Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) will continue to update manual information each year, making changes in real time as necessary, the manual will no longer be available in print format. This includes the Class D, CDL and Motorcycle/Moped manuals.

The manuals are available in PDF format on our site in the Forms/Documents Libraryand are now available in an audio format. Refer to the News Tab for these files.
