NOTE: This class will be offered during the Spring Semester of 2011-2012 and during the 2012-2013 school year. After Spring Semester of 2013, this class will no longer be available.

Description: German III will continue to develop the five world language skills. Students should expect to make heavier use of reading and writing skills to develop fluency. Students in German III will move away from discussions of their own lives toward discussions of culture and society. Topics will include a mystery radio play, fairy tales, short poems, newspaper articles, readings more directly about German culture, an in-depth look at German festivals, etc. Grammar will be studied more intensely to prepare the student for college placement examinations.
